Managing ring.com orders

Learn how to manage your ring.com orders. If you purchased your device from another retailer, you will need to manage the order directly with that retailer.

Self-service portal

You can use the self-service portal to manage, track, or return an order placed within the last 30 days on ring.com.

You will need your order number and billing postcode from your order confirmation email.

Access Self-Service

  1. Type in the Order Number and Billing Postcode.
  2. In the bottom right of the website, tap the
    Find Order
    button.

From this screen, view the itemised list to find the order status, tracking information and the cost of the product.

Order status will display as:

  • Shipped:
    For orders still being shipped
  • Return Order:
    If a return was processed
  • Refunded:
    For a received and refunded return
  • Cancelled:
    For cancelled orders
  • Complete:
    If all shipments have been delivered and received

Return an item or order:

  1. Type in the Order Number and Billing Postcode.
  2. In the bottom right of the website, click on the
    Find Order
    button.
  3. In the bottom right of the orders detail screen, click on the Return Order or Return Another Item button.

If this is button is unavailable, the order might have passed the return window or has not yet been received. Learn more about deliveries and returns.


Order confirmation email

The order confirmation email allows you to check the order status or cancel the order. Orders can be cancelled within 45 minutes of purchase on ring.com. After this window, orders are sent to our fulfilment centre and cannot be cancelled. Delivered items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days upon return.

After a ring.com order has been placed, it cannot be modified. The order will need to be cancelled and repurchased to:

  • Add or remove items
  • Change the shipping address
  • Apply a discount code

Check the order status:

  1. Find the confirmation email from Ring in your email inbox.
  2. Open the order confirmation email and click
    Manage Order
    .

Cancel an order:

  1. Open your order confirmation email, and click
    Manage Order
    .
  2. The order confirmation page shows your order time elapsed at the bottom.
  3. After the cancel option appears, you will see this message at the bottom of the page: “Orders can be cancelled within the first 45 minutes of being placed. Click here to cancel your order.”
  • If the cancellation is successful, you will receive an email notification within an hour.
  • If the cancellation is unsuccessful, the request was outside the cancellation window. After the order is delivered, you can return it for a full refund.

Shipping costs and timeframes

Australian orders A$ 50 and above: Australian order subtotals of A$ 50 and above qualify for free shipping. An order ships within two business days, with tracking information sent in an Order Shipped email.

Order Shipped email You will receive shipping notifications by email within three days of your ring.com purchase.

  • To view your delivery status, tap the tracking link in the Order Shipped email.
  • The Track your Packages section shows both shipped and unshipped items. Click
    Details
    to view the tracking information for each shipment.
  • Some orders might have multiple items or bundles that ship in separate packages on different dates.
  • For multiple-item orders or bundles, tracking updates will appear as each item ships. Your order might arrive in separate shipments. Click
    Details
    on the tracking page to monitor each shipment.

Future ship dates

Future ship dates are displayed on the product page, in your cart, and in your order confirmation email.

  • Check your confirmation email for the most up-to-date shipping information.
  • Find shipping details in the Order Summary section of your confirmation email.

Missing items

If your order is missing items, use the self-service option to check if the order was shipped in different packages. In the below scenarios, contact Customer Support.

  • All of your packages have been delivered, but there are still missing items.
  • Your packages show as delivered, but you did not receive a package.
  • There is an expected delivery date, but there has been no changes to your tracking information, and it has been over 48 hours.
