Fix upside-down Ring Stick Up Cam videos

If the view from your Ring Stick Up Cam is upside-down or rotated, the camera is mounted incorrectly to a wall or ceiling. Since upside-down videos cannot be rotated in the Ring app, you should correctly mount your camera in order to resolve the issue.

Note: Mounting Stick Up Cam incorrectly may also affect the camera’s motion detection accuracy due to incorrect positioning of the motion sensor.

Using a Stick Up Cam Mount

If you are mounting Stick Up Cam on the ceiling, use an adjustable Stick Up Cam Mount. The mount can also be used to give you more options when mounting Stick Up Cam on the wall.

You can purchase Stick Up Cam Mount on Ring.com.
