Request access with Amazon Key Access (for visitors)
Use your mobile device to view the resident directory, make a call, and request access.
How to request access via Amazon Key Access
- Unlock your mobile device and hold it near the Amazon Key Access panel for a few seconds.
- Search the resident directory by name or unit number. If the person you’re trying to reach isn’t listed, contact them directly.
- Tap the phone icon to start a video call.
- Speak to the person and request access to the property.
In order to request access, make sure your iOS or Android device has an NFC tag reader.
iOS devices
iPhone 11 series and newer, XS series, SE (2nd and 3rd Gens) | Your mobile device automatically works with Amazon Key Access. |
iPhone X, 8 / 8+, 7 / 7+ | Follow these steps to turn on your NFC tag reader and use Amazon Key Access: 1. Open Settings on your mobile device. 2. Tap Control Centre , then tap the minus sign (-) next to “NFC Tag Reader” to change it to a plus sign (+). |
iPhone 6 / 6+ / 6S / 6S+ / SE (1st Gen), 5 / 5S, 5C, 4 / 4S, 3G / 3GS | Your mobile device is not compatible with Amazon Key Access. To request access, contact the resident directly. |
Android devices
- Go toSettingson your mobile device.
- Search for “NFC”.
- Turn on theUse NFCsetting. If you don't have this setting, your mobile device may not be compatible with NFC and will not work with Amazon Key Access. To request access, contact the resident directly.
