Check and update your Ring account information

You can check and change your name, phone number, email address and password on your Ring account from the Control Centre in the Ring app, or on Ring.com. Do not share your password with anyone. No Ring employee, Customer Support Associate, or Community Manager will ever ask you for your password.

How to change your name, email address, phone number or password in the Ring app

1. Tap the

   menu

   (☰).
2. Tap

   Control Centre

   in the side menu.
3. Tap

   Account Management

   .
4. Tap

   Update

   next to the detail you want to change.
5. For your security, you may be asked to verify your identity by logging in.
6. Enter your new name, email address, phone number or password and tap
   Save

1. Log in to your account

   Ring.com
   If you’re on desktop: In the top menu, hover over the Account icon, and click

   Control Centre

2. In Account Management, click or tap

   Update

   next to the detail you want to change.
3. For your security, you may be asked to verify your identity by logging in.
4. Enter your new name, email address, phone number or password and click or tap
