Manage Auto-Verified Guest access at your property (for Property Managers)
Ring In's Auto-Verified Guest feature allows residents to grant scheduled access to trusted visitors via Ring In through the Ring app. They can add their trusted guests and set specific schedules for when they can enter your property. Auto-Verified Guests can then access your property via their Ring app. To ensure security, Auto-Verified Guests must tap on the Ring In panel to verify their identity and start using Ring In. Once verified, they can unlock Ring In entrances directly from their Ring app. If an Auto-Verified Guest does not use Ring In for more than four days, they will need to re-verify their identity. Note: The Auto-Verified Guest feature is only available for properties that have at least one Ring In panel (Virtual Intercom) installed. If your property only has Ring In Virtual Key, residents cannot use this feature. As a Property Manager, you can:
- Control whether residents can share access with Auto-Verified Guests
- Set a limit on the number of Auto-Verified Guests that can be added by each resident
- Determine which Entrances can be accessed by Auto-Verified Guests
- Define access schedules for each shared Entrance
- Monitor unlock events of Auto-Verified Guests at your property
