Cancelling a Ring account you did not sign up for

Cancel a Ring account in a few easy steps.

Change the password

1. Attempt to

   sign in

   to the account.
2. If you don't know the existing password for the account, click

   Forgot Password

   .
3. Enter the email of the account you would like to change the password for.
4. You will receive an email to that address. Open the email and click the link.
5. Enter your new password, then confirm it.

Delete the account

1. Sign in

   to the account by and use the password you just created.
2. Once you're in the account, go to

   Data Requests

   .
3. Click

   Delete my Account.

   This will permanently delete the account. This action cannot be undone.
