In 2012, we got our start wondering: wouldn’t it be cool if you could answer the front door from your phone? After many late nights and great deal of tinkering, we finally created a way for you to be home from anywhere—our very first Video Doorbell.

Today, all of us here at Ring still embody that same inventor’s spirit, forever curious and driven to innovate for our Neighbors (that’s what we call our customers). And, while we’ve proudly secured tens of millions of homes already, we’ll keep on inventing until everyone can experience the peace of mind that comes with being Always Home.
