Using your Ring App to myQ for Amazon In-Garage Deliveries

After you have set up Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery, you can link your Ring security cameras. You’ll need a Ring subscription plan to receive recordings of deliveries. 

How to Link Your Security Camera with Amazon Key in the Ring App

1. Open the

   Ring app

   .
2. Tap the

   Menu

    

   (≡)

   on the top left.
3. Tap

   Key Delivery.
4. Tap the settings icon on the top right.
5. On the

   In-Garage Delivery

   screen tap

   Delivery Settings.
6. Tap

   Linked Camera.
7. Tap

   Link Camera

   to see the list of eligible security cameras on the current Location.

• Enable the Live View of your camera, if prompted.
• Turn ON

  Offline Delivery.
• Save

  Settings

  .

How to Unlink your Security Camera from Amazon Key in the Ring App

1. Open the

   Ring app

   .
2. Tap the

   Menu (≡)

   on the top left.
3. Tap

   Key Delivery.
4. Tap the cog icon on the top right.
5. On the

   In-Garage Delivery

   screen tap

   Delivery Settings.
6. Tap

   Linked Camera.
7. Tap

   Unlink Camera.
8. Review your Amazon Key Delivery setting and confirm to unlink.

How to Customize Your In-Garage Delivery Notifications in the Ring App

1. Open the

   Ring app.
2. Tap the

   Menu (≡)

   on the top left.
3. Tap

   Key Delivery.
4. Tap

   Garage Door.

• Tap the cog icon on the top right

5. On the In-Garage Delivery screen:

• Toggle on

  Delivery Alerts

  for days when you’re expecting orders to arrive.
• Tap

  Delivery Settings

  to customize In-Garage Deliveries.
