New User Posting Guide
What is Neighbors?
Neighbors is a free app designed to help residents connect with their communities and stay informed about what’s going on around them – whether they are a Ring customer or not. Neighbors is a place for residents to share important community information, and receive updates from those within your community, including fellow residents and local organizations.
What is Neighbors Verified Accounts?
Neighbors Verified Account enables local organizations to communicate with their surrounding Ring Community. Once Verified, organizations can share real-time hyper-local announcements, selecting specific neighborhoods within their jurisdiction, as well as view and comment on publicly posted content in the feed.
What sets Neighbors Verified Accounts apart:
- Instant Audience:Take advantage of an existing audience, allowing you to focus on content rather than follower growth.
- Targeted Messaging:Send tailored updates to neighborhoods or regions, giving your content the perfect audience.
- Hyper-Local Engagement:Directly reach those in your local community, ensuring your message is always relevant to your audience.
