Looking to setup a Verified Account? To start, it's important to confirm whether your local government or public safety organization already has an active account. See if your organization is already set up here.
My organization has an account
To request access, simply connect with your organization administrator. Cannot identify who your administrator is? Email the Neighbors Team (Publicsafetysupport@ring.com) and we'll help you identify the appropriate contact person. Please note that it can take up to 3 business days for us to get back to you.
My organization does not have an account
To set up a Verified Account, complete the Verified Account sign-up form here. When submitted, you'll receive detailed instructions that will guide you through the process of setting up your free account.
