Getting Started as a Neighbors Verified Account

What is Neighbors?

Neighbors by Ring is a free app designed to help residents connect with their communities and stay informed about what’s going on around them – whether they are a Ring customer or not. We created Neighbors as a place for residents to share neighborhood updates, safety information, and community news, all aimed at making neighborhoods safer and more connected.

What is Neighbors Verified?

Trusted program for public agencies and community organizations to join the Neighbors App as verified users.

  • Who can join?
    • Public safety agencies
    • Local government
    • Community organizations
  • What it offers:

Get Started in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Post Your Welcome Message

Sample Welcome Post

Title: 📢 [Organization Name] is now on the Neighbors App!
