How to request Ring transaction records after identity theft
Victims of identity theft, or law enforcement agencies on their behalf, may be entitled to certain records relating to fraudulent transactions that may have occurred at Ring, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”).

If you have not yet done so, we encourage you to report suspicious activity (including unauthorized activity in your Ring account), by visiting Report Suspicious Activity. To report suspicious e-mails, phone calls, or text messages, please visit Report a Scam. If you are a victim of identity theft, you may request, at no charge, copies of records relating to fraudulent transactions that may have occurred at Ring.
You can make a request using the following methods:
- If you have a Ring account, you can access certain information by logging into your, where you can see your, and your.
- To access additional information relating to your Ring account you can request a copy of your personal information retained by Ring through thesection of the Control Center. You'll need to sign into the account for which you're submitting your request.
If you don't have a Ring account, can't access your Ring account, or need further records, you can make a request by following the instructions from the How to Obtain Amazon Transaction Records After Identity Theft page in Amazon’s help center.
If you are a victim of identity theft, Ring works with Amazon to process your records requests. If you’re sending your request via e-mail or mail, be sure to specify that you’re seeking records relating to Ring, and include the supporting information listed in the instructions to ensure prompt handling of your request.
