SAFETY INFORMATION

Do not attempt to dry your device  or adapter with an external heat source, such as a microwave oven or a hair dryer. If the device or adapter appear damaged, discontinue use immediately. To avoid risk of electric shock, do not touch your device or any wires connected  to your device during a lightning storm.

Do not attempt to clean or polish your device with or expose your adapter to oil, lotion, or other abrasive  substances.

BATTERY SAFETY

This device may require batteries for use. Only use the specified battery types. Never mix old and new  batteries. Install batteries with correct polarity. Your device may contain a  removable, rechargeable lithium-ion Ring-branded battery or Quick Release  Battery Pack (“Ring Battery Pack”). Only use the USB charging cable or solar panel that is provided in-box to recharge the battery or Ring Battery Pack. Do not use the battery or Ring Battery Pack with any device for which it has  not been specified. Use of an unqualified battery or charger may present a risk of fire, explosion, leakage or other hazard. Keep all of the batteries  out of the reach of children. Do not open, disassemble, puncture, cut, bend,  shred or heat the batteries. Remove all batteries if they are worn out or before storing your device for an extended period of time. Dispose of all batteries in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and do not dispose of batteries by throwing them into a fire. If any batteries begin to leak, take steps to prevent the fluid from coming into direct contact with skin or clothes as the fluid could be corrosive and may be toxic. Remove the batteries and clean the battery compartment in accordance with the battery manufacturer’s recommendations.

Using Your Device Around Other Electronic Devices

Your device generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency (RF) energy and, if not used in accordance with its instructions, may cause interference to radio communications and electronic equipment. External RF signals may affect improperly installed or inadequately shielded electronic operating systems, entertainment systems, and personal medical devices.
