We are encouraging current Ring subscribers on Amazon.com to move to ring.com for a more seamless experience. Customers who move their Ring subscription from Amazon to Ring will receive 3 months of subscription credit¹ to use toward their Ring subscription at ring.com.

How to move your Ring subscription from Amazon

Important note: You cannot manage your Ring subscription in the Ring app.

1. Sign in to your account on ring.com.
2. Click

   Plans

   on the top menu.
3. Click

   Move Now.
4. If prompted, enter your payment method for your Ring subscription at ring.com.
5. You'll see a cost breakdown that includes your 3-month subscription credit.
6. To confirm, click

   Bill Subscription on ring.com
