Updating Your Address in the Ring App

To change or correct your address in the Ring app:

  1. Open the Ring app to the main dashboard.

  2. Tap the
    menu
    (≡)
    .
  3. Tap
    Settings
    .
  4. Scroll down to Location Details, and tap
    Address
    .
  5. Tap
    Edit Address
    .
  6. Select your new location type: Home or Business.
    • If Business, select the type of business.
  7. Enter your new location's address.
  8. If correct, tap
    Use this Address
    .
  9. Keep or change the name of your Location.
  10. Tap
    Save Location
    when done.

Note: You may need to enter your address manually if it doesn't auto-populate as you're typing it in. Only primary account holders can edit locations in their Ring app. If you are a Ring Alarm user, you may need to re-establish your Alarm Professional Monitoring1 with your new address.
