What is Stick Up Cam Pro?
Stick Up Cam Pro is a flexible, weather-resistant security camera with three different power options: Battery, Plug-In and Solar. It uses advanced features like 3D Motion Detection, HDR video and Bird's Eye Zones. and can be mounted on either a wall or ceiling, or placed on a flat surface.
Sync Stick Up Cam Pro with other Ring Security Cameras, Video Doorbells and even Alexa for total home security you can control from one dashboard.

What is Dual Power Mode?
Stick Up Cam Pro Battery and Stick Up Cam Pro Plug-In have options for dual power. This means that they have primary power sources with a backup power source to keep you connected.
How do I change the power source?
Stick Up Cam Pro Battery comes with a Quick Release Battery Pack, and you can also purchase the Indoor/Outdoor Power Adapter (sold separately) to plug it into standard power outlets. When plugged into the mains, Stick Up Cam Battery will be powered by the adapter and use the battery as backup.
Stick Up Cam Pro Plug-In comes with an AC adapter that plugs into standard power outlets, and you can also purchase a Quick Release Battery Pack (sold separately) for dual power. With the Quick Release Battery Pack inserted, Stick Up Cam Plug-In will be powered by the adapter and use the battery as backup.
What privacy features are included with Stick Up Cam Pro?
Stick Up Cam Pro lets you create privacy zones that black out areas of your home that you don’t want to monitor. You can also disable motion recording, alerts and audio right from the app. Learn more about privacy features in the Ring app.
Which Solar Panels are compatible with Stick Up Cam Pro?
Both Small Solar Panel (1.9W) and Solar Panel (4W) are compatible with Stick Up Cam Pro Battery through its USB-C port. Stick Up Cam Pro Solar comes in a bundle with Solar Panel (4W), packaged separately. The Super Solar Panel (5W) and the previous generation Solar Panel (2.4W) (sold separately) are also compatible with Stick Up Cam Pro with purchase of USB-C/Barrel-Plug Adapter.
What is Ring Protect?
Ring Protect is a comprehensive subscription that activates video recording and photo capture¹, saving and sharing for your Ring Video Doorbell or Security Camera, plus a few extra perks.
Without Ring Protect, you’ll still receive real-time notifications, and can see, hear and speak to visitors from your mobile device, but will not receive videos.
¹ Your Ring videos are stored in the cloud for up to 180 days. Changing your video storage time will only affect videos that are recorded after you adjust your storage time setting. Snapshot Capture photos are stored in the cloud for up to 7 days.
Does Stick Up Cam Pro have a warranty?
