BATTERY SAFETY

This product contains alkaline batteries. This device requires batteries for use. Only use new batteries. Never mix old and new batteries. Never attempt to charge batteries unless they are specifically labeled as rechargeable. Do not mix different battery types or sizes. Do not dispose of batteries by throwing them into a fire. If a battery leaks, remove all batteries and recycle or dispose of them in accordance with the battery manufacturer’s recommendations. Fluid from the battery can burn skin and damage clothing. If battery fluid comes into contact with skin or clothes, flush with water immediately. Improper handling or disposal can result in injury. Remove the batteries and clean the battery compartment in accordance with the battery manufacturer’s recommendations.
