How to Use Orro Switch and Ring Video Doorbell together

You can use your Orro Switch to extend the notification sound your Ring Video Doorbell plays when it is pressed. The Orro Switch will play the doorbell’s sound in the room where the Orro Switch is installed.

How to Connect your Ring Video Doorbell to Orro

1. Open the Orro app.
2. Select Doorbell from the Integrations area at the bottom of the home screen.
3. Select “Ring” from the brand menu.
4. Sign into your Ring account from the Orro app.
5. Complete account verification and grant doorbell account permissions.
6. Select which doorbells you want to sound on your Orro Switch and tap Next.
7. Walk through the remaining steps and integration education in the Orro app. Once setup is complete, you will see a “Success!” screen. Tap Done to complete setup.

How to Mute an Orro Switch

If you do not want the sound to sound on a particular Orro Switch:

1. Swipe right-to-left on the display to access the Lock face on your Orro Switch.
2. Tap the sound icon to mute that Switch.

How to Manage the Doorbell Integration:

1. Open the Orro app.
2. Scroll to Devices.
3. Select Doorbell.
4. To disable a doorbell integration, tap the Off toggle.
   1. When disabled, the icon will appear gray.
5. To reenable a doorbell that is disabled, tap the On toggle.

How to Disable a Doorbell Integration:

1. Tap Manage under the brand menu.
2. Tap the check mark for the doorbell you want to disable.
3. When disabled, the dot will appear as an empty circle.
4. Tap Save when finished.

How to Disconnect your Ring Account from your Orro Account:

1. Select Ring from the brand menu.
2. Tap Disconnect Account.
