Understanding Ring Beacon light patterns

Your Ring Beacon will display different light patterns according to the status of the device.

Device activity	Light pattern description	Light pattern display
Bootup : Indicate device is starting up.	Pattern : Two quick white flashes. Duration: Plays once during device startup.
Alarm: Alert users to alarm or siren activation.	Pattern : Red LED flashes on and off repeatedly. Duration: Continues until alarm is dismissed or duration expires.
Low Battery Warning: Warns that battery voltage is critically low.	Pattern : Rapid orange flashing, more urgent than alarm pattern. Duration: Continues until device shuts down or charging begins.
Charging: Indicate the device is charging.	Pattern : Gentle pulsing that repeats every 5 seconds. Duration: Continues while device is charging.
Fully Charged: Indicate battery is fully charged.	Pattern : Steady white glow at charging brightness level. Duration: Stays on while fully charged and connected to power.
