Car Alarm: Incompatible vehicles and accessories
Car Alarm plugs into your vehicle’s OBD-II port. You’ll usually find it under the dashboard in the driver or passenger footwell. Consult your owner’s manual to locate your car’s OBD-II port location, as well as instructions of how to remove any panel coverings to access the port.

Important note: Car Alarm is incompatible with some vehicle models. Below is a list of the vehicles we’ve identified as incompatible so far.

Incompatible accessories
We do not recommend using the following accessories with Car Alarm:
- Third-party OBD-II accessories, including Bluetooth adapters, pass-through cables, and splitters. Accessories like these can cause Car Alarm not to work.
