Fixing Upside-Down Indoor Cam Videos

Depending on the way your Indoor Cam is placed—usually when it's mounted on the ceiling—you may find that Live View and videos are upside-down or inverted. To fix this, simply adjust your camera's video orientation in the Ring app.

How to rotate video orientation in the Ring app

1. Open the Ring app to the main dashboard.
2. Tap more (•••) on the camera you want to access.
3. Tap your device's Settings.
4. Tap

   Device Settings.
5. Tap

   Video Settings.
6. Tap

   Rotate Video

   to toggle video orientation.

Remember, due to the change in camera view, you will need to set up your Customizable Motion Zones again.
