Update your mobile device to the latest operating system

Whether you are using Android or Apple, we recommend updating to the latest operating system (OS) on your phone or tablet to better protect your mobile devices and Ring account. 

Updating the Ring app on your mobile device

For the latest features and fixes, make sure to update the Ring app to the latest version. To get started, choose your mobile device's operating system below:

If you received a message about not being able to access certain features in the Ring app, try updating your Ring app.

Devices NOT compatible with the Ring app

If your mobile device is listed below, we recommend using a different device to access Ring. Keep in mind, you can always view your Event History, manage your account, and adjust select settings in your account at Ring.com.
