If your Mobile Security Tower or any of its components or accessories appear to be damaged or are involved in a collision, discontinue use immediately and contact Ring Customer Service.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY WARNING
CAUTION: The Mobile Security Tower should only be plugged into outlets protected by a Class A type Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) (which will have Test/Reset buttons).
When used outdoors, plug the AC power cable only into a weatherproof Class A GFCI receptacle with the power unit connected to the receptacle. If you don’t have a GFCI protected receptacle to plug the security tower, don’t plug into a non-GFCI receptacle, just arrange to get one installed. Do not plug the AC power cable into any other receptacle.
Your Mobile Security Tower is shipped with a power cable. If you are powering your Mobile Security Tower with a power cable, only use the power cable provided with your Mobile Security Tower. Do not use a multi-socket extension cord with the Mobile Security Tower. Failure to follow these instructions can result in fire or other safety risks.
If the power cable appears damaged, discontinue use immediately.
When this device is plugged into an electrical socket, unplugging the device will disconnect it from the AC mains supply. Only plug this device into an easily accessible electrical socket. Devices with a power cord must be located near the electrical socket.
INSTALLING YOUR MOBILE SECURITY TOWER
WARNING
Always wear proper personal protective equipment including heavy-duty work gloves, closed-toed shoes, and safety goggles when handling the Mobile Security Tower and its accessories. Failure to do so could result in electric shock, burns, laceration, or other hazards.
WARNING
Risk of fire. Do not install, operate, or store near combustible or flammable surfaces, or heat sources.
Do not install the Mobile Security Tower when it is raining.
Ensure two people participate in assembling and raising the Mobile Security Tower’s mast. Failure to do so can result in injury and damage to the Mobile Security Tower.
To prevent tripping hazards and potential injury, position the Mobile Security Tower so the power cable does not cross walkways, entryways, or other high-traffic areas. Regularly inspect the power cable placement to ensure it remains safely positioned.
WARNING
Before use, confirm your Mobile Security Tower is properly secured and on level ground. A Mobile Security Trailer that is not level or is unstable can suddenly move or fall, which can cause damage or injury.
When using the Mobile Security Tower without a trailer, deploy outriggers to level the Mobile Security Tower on the ground.
Depending on the configuration of your Mobile Security Tower, you may need to use sandbags to further secure it. Follow safety instructions in the Ring app regarding the use of sandbags for your Mobile Security Tower.
OPERATING YOUR MOBILE SECURITY TOWER
Your Mobile Security Tower’s camera does not have an on/off button for AC power. If you wish to stop AC power from flowing into your Mobile Security Tower, unplug the power cable.
To avoid eye injury, do not stare directly at the LEDs.
CAUTION: This product contains a loud siren. Do not stand near the siren when sounding. Exposure at close range may be harmful to your hearing. Wear hearing protection when testing the siren.
Be aware of pinch points on the Mobile Security Tower and its accessories, including the point at which Mobile Security Tower’s door closes.
Do not bend, drop, crush, or puncture the solar panel, or subject it to strong impacts or mechanical shock.
If the solar panel glass breaks, chips, or cracks, unplug the Mobile Security Tower, follow Ring app instructions to turn off the breaker switch inside the base unit, discontinue use, and contact Ring Customer Service. Do not permit anyone to touch or attempt to remove the damaged glass.
Avoid touching metal surfaces that have been exposed to the sun or heat for a long period. Touching hot surfaces with your bare hands could result in severe burns.
Following periods of extended use, one or more parts of the Mobile Security Tower may feel hot to touch. Wait for all of the components of the Mobile Security Tower to cool fully after they are no longer in use before touching or moving them.
Do not operate the Mobile Security Tower while its door is open.
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of electrical shock, DO NOT take apart or attempt to repair the camera, lights, solar panel, or batteries. Contact Ring Customer Service if any product component requires repair or replacement.
Keep the Mobile Security Tower and its accessories away from children and pets.
BATTERY WARNINGS
WARNING
Use only Ring-approved Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries with the Mobile Security Tower. Never use this battery with another type of battery.
Never reverse the positive and negative terminals, as this could cause a short circuit.
Your battery may be heavy and may require two people to lift it safely.
To avoid risk of fire, do not place the battery in a closed place where ventilation is not available. Do not store anything on top of the battery.
Ensure that the battery is used in environments that meet the specifications described in the Product Specifications section of the battery’s Warranty and Safety Document, including current, voltage, and temperature range. Failure to do so could result in fire, electric shock, battery damage or malfunction, and other harms.

TRANSPORTING YOUR MOBILE SECURITY TOWER
WARNING
Follow all Ring app instructions related to transporting your Mobile Security Tower. If you are towing the Mobile Security Tower with a Ring-approved trailer, follow safety instructions and do not exceed the trailer speed limit identified in the Ring app. If you are transporting the Mobile Security Tower in a truck, follow all instructions in the Ring app to ensure it is securely stored. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe injury, death, or property damage.
Follow all local transportation laws, including those related to operating your motor vehicle with a trailer.
Consult the weight of the Mobile Security Tower and its accessories before lifting, towing, or otherwise moving them. Follow all safety instructions in the Ring app and any necessary safety precautions to lift, tow or move the Mobile Security Tower and its accessories.
OPERATING ENVIRONMENT
WARNING
Operate the Mobile Security Tower only in environments that meet the specifications described in the Product Specifications section of this document. Failure to do so could result in fire, electric shock, equipment damage or malfunction, and/or harms.
To avoid risk of electric shock, do not touch your Mobile Security Tower or any of its accessories or wires during a lightning storm.
Do not open the Mobile Security Tower’s door when it is raining. Brush off any snow collecting on the Mobile Security Tower before opening the door.
If high wind (greater than 75 mph), hail, or flooding is anticipated in your area, follow the Mobile Security Tower disassembly steps (including disabling power from the power source and storing accessories inside the base). Secure the Ring Mobile Security Tower in a covered or indoor area. Failure to do so could result in injury or property damage.

BATTERY TRANSPORTATION
The battery should be transported after being packaged. During transportation, it should be protected from severe vibration, shock or compression, and from exposure to sunlight and rain.
EMERGENCY TREATMENT MEASURES
If a battery leaks, protect the skin or eyes from the leaking liquid. If the skin or eyes come in contact with the leaking liquid, wash immediately with clean water and seek medical attention, if necessary.
- Gas Inhalation: Evacuate people in the contaminated area and seek medical attention, if necessary.
- Eye Contact: Flush your eye with clean and flowing water for 15 min, and seek medical attention, if necessary.
- Skin Contact: Thoroughly rinse the exposed area with soap and water to be sure no chemical or soap is left on the area, and seek medical attention, if necessary.
- Ingestion: Induce vomiting and seek medical attention, if necessary.
BATTERY STORAGE
When storing the battery for a long time, please charge it to approximately 50% of its capacity. Place the battery in a clean, dry, and ventilated place, and cycle it once every three months. Keep the stored battery away from corrosive substances, fire, and heat sources.

Use only Ring-approved Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries with the Mobile Security Tower. Never use this battery with another type of battery.
WARNING
Ensure that the battery is used in environments that meet the specifications described in the Product Specifications section of this document, including current, voltage, and temperature range. Failure to do so could result in fire, electric shock, battery damage or malfunction, and other harms.
Never reverse the positive and negative terminals, as this could cause a short circuit.
Do not connect this battery with other batteries in series or in parallel.
INTERACTING WITH YOUR BATTERY
WARNING
Always wear proper personal protective equipment including heavy-duty work gloves, closed-toed shoes, and safety goggles when handling this battery. Failure to do so could result in electric shock, laceration, and other hazards.
Do not drop, deform, impact, cut, drill, modify, or disassemble the battery enclosure.
Risk of fire. Do not place the battery in a closed place where ventilation is not available. Do not store anything on top of the battery.
Following periods of extended use, the battery may feel hot to touch. Please wait for the battery to cool fully after it is no longer in use before touching or moving it.
OPERATING ENVIRONMENT
WARNING
Risk of fire. Do not install, operate, or store near combustible or flammable surfaces, or heat sources.
Do not expose the battery to direct sunlight, rain or snow.
Do not interact with the battery outdoors if there is lightning in the area.
If high wind (greater than 75 mph), hail, or flooding is anticipated in your area, follow the Ring Mobile Security Tower disassembly steps (including storing this battery and other accessories inside of the base unit and disabling power from the power source). Secure the Ring Mobile Security Tower in a covered or indoor area. Failure to do so could result in injury and property damage.
Keep the battery away from children and pets.
BATTERY TRANSPORTATION
The battery should be transported after being packaged. During transportation, it should be protected from severe vibration, shock or compression, and from exposure to sunlight and rain.
EMERGENCY TREATMENT MEASURES
If a battery leaks, protect the skin or eyes from the leaking liquid. If the skin or eyes come in contact with the leaking liquid, wash immediately with clean water and seek medical attention, if necessary.
- Gas Inhalation: Evacuate people in the contaminated area and seek medical attention, if necessary.
- Eye Contact: Flush your eye with clean and flowing water for 15 min, and seek medical attention, if necessary.
- Skin Contact: Thoroughly rinse the exposed area with soap and water to be sure no chemical or soap is left on the area, and seek medical attention, if necessary.
- Ingestion: Induce vomiting and seek medical attention, if necessary.
BATTERY STORAGE
When storing the battery for a long time, please charge it to approximately 50% of its capacity. Place the battery in a clean, dry, and ventilated place, and cycle it once every three months. Keep the stored battery away from corrosive substances, fire, and heat sources.
OTHER SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
WARNING
Use only accessories, such as wires, supplied with your battery when operating the battery. Use of third-party accessories may cause damage to the battery or Mobile Security Tower. In addition, use of third-party accessories may impact your battery’s performance. In limited circumstances, use of third-party accessories may void your battery’s limited warranty. Read all safety instructions for any accessories before using with your battery.
WARNING: Small parts contained in your battery or its accessories may present a choking hazard to small children.
Your battery should only be used in accordance with the instructions and intended purpose. Using your battery in any way other than its intended purpose could result in fire, burns, electrocution, other injury, death or property damage.
PROTECTION AGAINST WATER
Do not immerse in water.
Do not expose your battery to seawater, salt water, chlorinated water or other liquids (such as beverages). Do not expose your battery to pressurized water, high-velocity water or extremely humid conditions (such as a steam room). If your battery has been exposed to any of these conditions, discontinue use immediately. Do not attempt to dry your battery with an external heat source (such as a hairdryer). If your battery is dropped or otherwise damaged, the water-resistant aspects of the battery may be compromised.
RECYCLING YOUR DEVICE PROPERLY
