Scheduling a Post

Create a post in advance that automatically publishes at a later time. Schedule posts up to 30 days ahead, freeing you up to focus on other tasks and keeping your community engaged and informed.

How to schedule a post:

  1. Sign in to
    and click Create
  2. Choose your category
  3. Select an area (Regional or Hyper Local)
  4. Add the post details (post title, media, and description) and select Continue

  5. Enable the Schedule for Later toggle and set a date and time to publish the post

  6. Click Preview and review the post
    1. Previewing a post that is scheduled for later before selecting accept and submit
  7. Click Continue
  8. Click Accept and Schedule (A regular post will say “Accept and Submit”)

How to edit a scheduled post:

  1. Move your mouse over
    Profile,
    located on the upper right-hand corner
  2. Select
    My Posts
    and choose
    Scheduled
  3. Find the post you want to edit and click
    Edit
    (in blue text) to make your changes
  4. After the changes are made, click
    Confirm Changes
