Not sure which Ring device you have? You can see which doorbell or camera model you have in the Ring app.

How to find the model of your Ring device

1. Open the Ring app to main dashboard.
2. Tap

   more (•••)

   on the camera you want to access.
3. Tap your device name's

   Settings

   .
4. Tap the

   Device Health

   tile.
5. Under Device Details, you'll find the

   Product Name

   model.
