Troubleshooting your email address change

Look for the notification sent to your updated email address.

This link is only valid for 24 hours. If you missed this window, you can request a new email verify notification when attempting to sign in to the Ring app or your account at Ring.com.

Check your spam folder.

Although we take measures to deliver notifications to your inbox, it can be sent to your spam folder.
