Upgrade your Virtual Key to Virtual Intercom (for residents and staff)

Use your Amazon Key Access Control System as a Virtual Intercom so your visitors can contact you and you can buzz them in from anywhere.

Note: This is only possible if you are a resident of a property that has an Amazon Key Access panel installed and active.

If your property recently upgraded from Virtual Key to Virtual Intercom, you can use your Key Access panel to speak to and visually verify visitors before buzzing them in on the Ring app.
