What are Ring’s obligations under GDPR and what are my obligations under GDPR?

Our online privacy notice (https://eu.ring.com/pages/privacy) explains the types of information we process in connection with the use of our products and services and how we may use this information. We are responsible for our use of the information collected through Ring devices as explained in the privacy notice and have taken measures designed to ensure that such use complies with data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable.

Our Neighbours' own use of Ring products and services and the processing of personal data in connection with such use may involve legal obligations in their jurisdictions.  Ring helps people protect homes and communities all over the U.S. and internationally, and the laws governing such use differ significantly from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.  As such, we are not able to provide our Neighbours with legal advice about their use of our products and services.  We recommend that our Neighbours seek their own legal counsel.
