How chat works

  1. Tap the chat button in lower right corner of your screen.
  2. We'll prompt you to input details about your issue, and we'll connect you to a live Customer Support Associate during business hours.
  3. If you are attempting to chat outside business hours, you can still use the chat window to get automated suggestions to fix your issue.
