Viewing live video from your Ring Intercom Video

When your building's video intercom connects to Ring Intercom Video, you can see visitors on your Echo Show or Fire TV. Live video only works when someone calls your intercom.

Some Fire TV remotes use the same button for Alexa commands and mute functions. You can't use Alexa commands during an active call on these remotes. You must end the call before using Alexa to unlock the door. Without an active call, no video will show when you use Alexa commands.
