All Locations Dashboard

Ring customers now have access to powerful tools through the All Locations Dashboard, designed to simplify multi-location security management. The dashboard is available to all Ring users with two or more locations. Below is an overview of the key features.

Camera Collections

The Camera Collections feature helps business users organize and monitor cameras across multiple locations with ease. Default camera collections are automatically created based on your location types (business, home, or other). These collections update automatically as you add or remove cameras. Default collections cannot be deleted or renamed.

Default collection types

  • Business:
    Cameras from your business locations.
  • Home:
Cameras from your home or residential locations.
  • Other:
Cameras from locations without a defined type. You can tap on them to update your location type.

Key capabilities

  • Group up to 650 cameras per collection.
  • Organise cameras across locations by use case, region, or type.
  • Navigate collections using continuous vertical scroll for easy viewing.
  • View up to 50 camera collections on the dashboard home page.
  • Reorder camera tiles by long-pressing and dragging them into a different arrangement.
  • Each collection supports Grid and List view independently.

Each collection has an action menu by tapping on the three dots in the collection header.

For default Business, Home, or Other collections, you can:

  • Delete the collection.

To edit a collection:
