Ring Business Features

Ring Business customers now have access to powerful tools through My Dashboard, designed to simplify multi-location security management. Below is an overview of the key features available to business users.

Camera Collections

The Camera Collections feature helps Business users organize and monitor cameras across multiple locations with ease.

Key Capabilities:

  • Group up to
    12 cameras per collection
  • Cross-location camera organization
by use case, region, or type
  • Horizontal scroll navigation
    for easy viewing

Example Use Case:

If your business operates three locations, you can create a collection titled Front Registers to group all register cameras together. This lets you monitor all transactions in real-time from one view.

Locations Overview Module

Manage all your business locations from a single place with the Locations Overview Module in My Dashboard.

What You Can Do:

  • Group locations by Alarm Mode
    (Disarmed, Home, Away)
  • Quickly see how many locations
    are in each state
  • View and navigate by mode state
    to access specific locations
  • Change Alarm Modes
(Disarmed, Home, Away) for each location directly from the dashboard
    (requires appropriate permission)

Permissions Note: Users such as Standard Users, Installers, and Users can change Alarm Modes if granted the appropriate permissions. These permissions are managed by the Business Owner or Manager.

How It Works:

  • See a real-time snapshot of your locations and their Alarm Mode states
  • Click any mode category to see which locations are currently in that state
  • Access a full list of locations to easily view their status and navigate directly to a given location’s dashboard.

Device Health

Stay informed about your system status across all business locations.

Features:

  • View
    low battery alerts
    ,
    account warnings
    , and
    device health statuses
  • Access from a
    central location in My Dashboard
  • Helps identify and resolve issues quickly without checking devices individually

within 14 days, it will expire and must be resent.
