Finding your Ring Video Doorbell or Security Camera model in the Ring app

If you have already set up your doorbell or security camera in the Ring app, you can find the model name by going to Device Health page of your app:

1. Open the Ring app to the main dashboard.
2. Tap the menu (☰).
3. Tap Devices.
4. Tap the device you want to adjust.
5. Tap Device Settings.
6. Tap the Device Health tile.
