Incompatible accessories
We do not recommend using the following accessories with Car Cam:
- Amazon Alexa Auto,as Car Cam is not currently integrated with Alexa Auto. If you have Alexa Auto enabled, it might give an incorrect or unknown response to the "Alexa Record" wake word for Traffic Stop, though this does not interfere with the use of this feature.
- Third-party OBD-II accessories, including Bluetooth adapters, pass-through cables, and splitters. Accessories like these can cause Car Cam not to work and/or they might impact Car Cam's ability to protect your vehicle's battery.
Important: Certain car alarms may interfere with proper operation of Car Cam and/or may trigger during the normal functioning of Car Cam.
