Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus includes Live View, Two-Way Talk, Advanced Motion Detection, Customisable Motion Zones, Customisable Privacy Settings, and an easy to use app. Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro builds upon all these great features with a new design and advanced features including radar-powered 3D Motion Detection, Bird’s Eye View, Audio+ for enhanced audio, a 110db siren, dual-band wifi and a microphone that limits sound distortion.
Can I mount Floodlight Cam Wired Plus upside-down on a ceiling or eave?
If you have existing wiring available you can install Floodlight Cam Wired Plus upside-down on a ceiling or eave. Simply follow the instructions in the manual here.
What privacy features are included with Floodlight Cam Wired Plus?
Floodlight Cam Wired Plus allows you to configure your privacy settings depending on your current needs. Create Privacy Zones that black out certain areas of your property that you do not want to record. Toggle motion notifications, motion or audio recording off in the Ring App at any given time. Create a motion schedule to enable motion notifications and recording during the times you're usually away. Use Modes to select a camera state with Disarmed, Home or Away Mode.
Does the security camera save my videos and photos so I can view them later?
If you have a subscription to Ring Protect, videos captured by your doorbell or camera will be saved to your Ring account for up to 180 days dand photos captured will be saved to your Ring account for up to 7 days, so you can review them at any time.
A free 30-day Ring Protect Plus Trial is included with any Ring doorbell or camera purchase unless you are already subscribed to a Plus Plan at the same location of the new device. You can choose to subscribe to Ring Protect at any time to save, review and share all videos and photos captured by your doorbell or camera, and you will be charged when you subscribe to a plan and after your trial ends. No. You can still use Stick Up Cam to watch over your home from anywhere, even without a subscription to Ring Protect. Without Ring Protect, you’ll still receive real-time notifications when motion is detected, and you can answer the notification to see, hear and speak to people on camera in real time from your mobile device.
Ring Protect gives you access to up to 60 days of video history and 7 days of photo history. With your video and photo history, you can review all the moments you missed, download videos and photos to save for later and share them with anyone.
