How to Set Up Amazon Key in the Ring App to Get In-Garage Deliveries

Step One 

1. Check your zip code to see if Amazon supports in-garage deliveries in your area.

    
2. Check to see that you have a garage door that's compatible.

    

When you set up your garage door opener in the Ring app, you'll have an option to set up in-garage delivery. 

If you have not set up your garage door yet, tap the three lines on the top left in the Ring app and then tap Set Up a Device and follow the prompts. 

Step Two - Link your Ring account to your Amazon account

• Tap on

  ADD KEY SHIP OPTION.
• Sign into your

  Amazon account

  .
  • Make sure the account that you link is the account with Amazon Prime (required).
• Select the device you want to use for

  Key Delivery.
• Follow the prompt in the Ring app to complete the set up.

Step Three - Set up Amazon Key in-Garage delivery

• From the Amazon address book, select the address where you plan to receive In-garage deliveries.
• Tap Continue.
• Select a garage door you'd like to use for Amazon Key deliveries.
• Your Ring app is now set up.

Note: Remember to select Amazon Key Delivery at checkout on Amazon.com to receive your packages inside your garage.
